Unlike other companies we do not provide guideline fit-out project’s costs based on an inaccurate square meter or square foot calculation tool. We instead carry out a detailed site survey before submitting concise and accurate costs for your project. We then guarantee that your project will be delivered for the exact costs we have provided
Do you provide a lump sum figure for fit-out works or is this broken down?
Following a detailed site survey by one of our fit-out experts, we then provide a detailed breakdown of the individual project elements and their associated individual costs. We understand that accuracy of and controlling costs are the 2 most important elements of any project.
Do you have a communication process that you adhere to throughout fit-out projects?
