Commercial's provision of Microsoft Teams Phone empowers Deighton Pierce Glynn's remote working teams to securely and effectively communicate and collaborate. Leveraging our existing Microsoft 365 environment, we delivered a cloud-based, highly collaborative telephony system to support our agile and home workers. Additionally, Commercial has implemented multi-factor authentication and robust security measures to ensure that only authorised staff can access and secure client data.
ITV’s army of homeworking staff are able to work comfortably from home thanks to the expertise of the Commercial interiors team. What started as an emergency roll-out during Covid has now developed into a well-oiled machine for the delivery of quality, comfortable furniture and accessories to our team of nearly 600 homeworkers. The Commercial team have worked with ITV to identify items based on approved budgets and a simple order process that ensures weekly order processing and a 5-7 day delivery time.
As our long-term IT partners, Commercial are always looking for ways to make improvements to the security, resilience and cost-effectiveness of the service they offer Wollens. A recent audit of our systems showed a possible security weakness with remote users accessing data, so the Commercial team implemented multi-factor authentication. Each user was given a Microsoft Azurel licence providing conditional access which provides improved security as well as flexible-management for each Woollens user.
Commercial’s expert IT team provide Wollens with a managed service that allows our fee-earning staff to forget about IT and concentrate on the tasks that matter to our clients. Prior to working with Commercial, we were experiencing IT difficulties once or twice a month that was drawing focus away from our clients and fee-earning work. Commercial's managed service takes that issue away. They provide us with a class-leading service, proactive maintenance and an IT system we can simply forget about, because it works.
Commercial provided USAY Compare a with a turnkey solution when we needed to expand our existing offices and take over a building next door to our existing headquarters. We needed to be able to move in and be ready to work from day one and they delivered, designing, remodelling, fitting-out and furnishing the new building on time and to budget. During the work they kept us in the loop for every decision and provided a brilliant time-lapse video of the work being done to show progress as it was happening.
