That was the reaction across Commercial’s Managed IT team as the business was officially named one of the Top 50 Managed IT Service Providers in the UK for 2025. This recognition is based on one of the industry’s most established best-practice benchmarking assessments.
Each year, more than 10,000 channel partners across the UK and North America complete the rigorous 230-question evaluation. It is designed to measure how managed service providers (MSPs) perform across critical areas. These include sales processes, support operations, security, internal tooling, and overall service maturity.
Commercial’s performance placed the business firmly inside the UK’s top 50, a benchmark of operational strength that reflects industry-leading standards, regardless of company size or sales volume.
The benchmarking process itself provides a meaningful snapshot of organisational health. With over 600 UK-based businesses taking the assessment, it positions Commercial alongside the UK’s strongest-performing MSPs.
