We are proud to share that Commercial has been recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026, appearing in the Big Companies Category and receiving the Industry Award for Business and Management Services.

The list is based on an independent employee survey measuring six areas of engagement, including wellbeing, empowerment and job satisfaction. Commercial achieved excellent scores across all six areas, with 80 percent of colleagues taking part.

A culture shaped by our people

For co-founder and managing director Simone Hindmarch, the recognition reflects the culture built over more than 30 years.

She adds that creating a great place to work requires consistency, listening properly and acting on feedback as the world of work continues to change.
