Overview

We currently have a vacancy based from our office in Perivale, London for a Telesales and Customer Service Advisor. The key purpose of the role is to maximise sales and provide regular contact with customers and provide excellent customer service and sales support.

We want you to…

  • Schedule outbound calls and maintain scheduler
  • Manage customer contracts and price reviews
  • Provide expert knowledge and advice to customers on products and services and proactively link-sell and cross-sell
  • Build rapport and relationships with portfolio of customers and ensure customer quotes and enquiries are followed up in a timely manner
  • Support and work closely with Customer Service Team and Sales team and follow procedures for order processing eliminating outstanding queries
  • Ensure customers are informed of back orders and out of stocks
  • Generate customer returns notes, ensuring correct procedure is followed as laid down in WBP
  • Manage personal COD account
  • Check and un-hold online (WOO) orders
  • Generate customer returns notes, ensuring correct procedure is followed as laid down in Best Practice
  • Work with existing clients maximising spend and ensuring all contact/company information is updated on Horizon
  • Ensure sustainability procedures are enforced and objectives are communicated and understood
  • Liaise with and support Sales Director and Operations Director and any other department as required
  • Support promotion days and follow up on marketing campaigns as required

Our core business hours are 37.5 per week (9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday) although occasional overtime may be required
