Are you a recruitment agency?

We don’t use recruitment agencies. It’s not you, it’s us. It’s just not working for us. We have a direct hiring model and an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner. So far so good.

However, we do recognise there may be times we might need to engage with an agency when we are looking for a unicorn. You know the roles we mean. So this is the deal. Don’t call us, we’ll call you. We have our own terms and conditions you will need to sign which will override yours. And please, please refrain from contacting hiring managers directly. All correspondence will go through our HR team.

Want to work here?

Contact our Talent Acquisition Partner Stella Hall for an informal chat on 01242 703431 or email your CV and covering letter to ilovemyjob@commercial.co.uk where we can keep your details in our Talent Bank for any future vacancies.
