Benefits

Holiday Allowance

All staff are entitled to 25 days paid holiday pro rata, in addition to bank holidays. This increases to 29 days with length of service.

Pension

We operate a company contribution pension scheme in line with auto enrolment legislation.

Cycle-To-Work Scheme

Employees can purchase a bike and safety accessories as a tax-free benefit. We have a secure, weatherproof bike shed onsite at head office.

Flexi-time

We operate a scheme that enables our employees to have up to half a day per month of work as ‘flexi-time’ and without having to use their annual leave.

Flexible Working

Employees with at least 26 weeks’ continuous service can apply for flexible working.

Employee Support Programme

We offer a free and confidential counselling service to support employees with personal or work-related issues.

    We are looking for an IT Apprentice to join our IT Support team based in Cheltenham. Commercial will provide full training to the successful candidate, as well as having structured learning objectives throughout. Upon successful completion of the IT Apprentice scheme the candidate will gain an industry standard certification and will be offered a full time position with our IT Support Team.

As a 1st Line IT Helpdesk Engineer, you will exceed the skill level typically expected with 1st line roles you may find elsewhere and is more aligned to a traditional 2nd line role.
