New emergency hotline now live
Commercial IT Services has launched a dedicated 24x7 hotline for cyber emergencies, available 365 days a year.
Staffed by Commercial’s in-house Network Operations Centre team, the service is geared up to handle the evolving cyberthreat. With cyberattacks now considered the number one risk to business, rapid response capability for major systems outages is essential.
The service has been designed to complement existing helpdesk support provided during standard working hours.
Commercial IT Services’ Divisional Director, Richard Blundell, explains:
