We hope that being part of the Commercial family is for the long term, we value our staff as individuals and respect their unique talents and abilities. Our staff retention rate is exceptional. More than half of Commercial’s 150 strong workforce have been with us since the company started in various roles. Naturally, there’s also been a few office romances, marriages and offspring along the way! We’re proud to be leading such a brilliant team. In fact our staff are so much a part of what we do that we put their pictures everywhere!
