The Tesco procurement team have been delighted with the way Commercial share our desire to entrench sustainability into our supply chain – we really are kindred spirits. Our ethical and sustainability policies are of paramount importance to our reputation and the Commercial team reviewed and approved all products in a short timeframe. The new Walsall Housing Group office is a fantastic, fresh and modern workplace thanks to the wonderful work of the Commercial interiors team. They created a steering group to work alongside us to understand our demands and held regular meetings during the design process to keep us informed of the progress. Our desire was for a more collaborative space, with meeting booths and one-to-one seating, rather than traditional desks – and they delivered a fantastic final fit-out over the full four-floor building.
Each year, Commercial supplies accessory packs to graduate trainees at a leading accountancy firm, which are then picked, packed, and delivered to their home addresses by the Commercial Foundation. This not only guarantees that every new employee has the necessary equipment to be productive from their first day but also allows their IT team to focus on other responsibilities. Collaborating with the Commercial Foundation generates substantial social value returns on investment for the firm and contributes to improving the lives of the Foundation's volunteers.
Wollens have enjoyed a long-standing and fruitful partnership with Commercial because they are always introducing innovations and improvements to our IT environment. As the threat of cyber-attacks increases it was vital that we strengthened our capabilities for dealing with a ransomware attack with a cloud-based backup solution. Our solution means data cannot be altered or deleted, giving us a crucial way of recovering data to minimise any potential downtime and financial losses

As E-commerce in retail continues to grow, Commercial’s stock-management and fulfilment expertise has allowed a leading UK retailer to free huge amounts of warehouse space. Commercial took on the stocking of our employee uniform, transferring to a new supplier with the management of the supply being consolidated into their existing supply accounts. Not only did this free vital space in their distribution centre, the consolidated supply of all GNFR delivered significant delivery cost savings.
At JoJo Maman Bébé we are happy to work with the Commercial Foundation and support inspiring work they do to help disadvantaged young adults. Like us, the Foundation are a B Corp certified organisation that is proven to put purpose ahead of profits. We have enjoyed working with their volunteers to help with a mug-making activity. Unlike other companies we do not provide guideline fit-out project’s costs based on an inaccurate square meter or square foot calculation tool. We instead carry out a detailed site survey before submitting concise and accurate costs for your project. We then guarantee that your project will be delivered for the exact costs we have provided

Do you provide a lump sum figure for fit-out works or is this broken down?

Following a detailed site survey by one of our fit-out experts, we then provide a detailed breakdown of the individual project elements and their associated individual costs. We understand that accuracy of and controlling costs are the 2 most important elements of any project.

Do you have a communication process that you adhere to throughout fit-out projects?

Business Interiors hold structured site meetings with all our clients on pre-arranged dates during each and every fit-out project. During these meetings we discuss the project progress and then distribute minutes of the meeting to our valued clients.

Do you provide a Health & Safety Project Manager?

Yes, each fit-out project is allocated an experienced and qualified Health & Safety Manager. Our Health & Safety expert will ensure that all relevant guidelines are adhered to. He/she will also provide the necessary support to your own staff on all matters concerning Health & Safety…

Does each fit-out project you complete have a dedicated Project Manager?

Do you have a nationwide network of contractors?

Yes, Business Interiors have a vast network of professional contractors who have completed small, medium, and large sized fit-out projects throughout the UK over the past 30 years. All projects have been delivered on time and within budget during this period.

Do you accurately confirm and then deliver fit-out projects to a specific timeframe?

Yes, your Business Interiors Project Manager will provide a detailed program of works with dates fixed for each phase of your fit-out project. We have to date delivered all our fit-out projects on-time.

Are any operations and maintenance manuals issued?

Yes, Business Interiors ensure that a full set of operations and maintenance manuals are issued at the end of each project These are accompanied by full site training to client staff members on how to use any equipment we have provided.

Are you able to carry out works in an environmentally conscious manner?

Business Interiors ensure that we recycle and re-use as many materials as we can. We also adhere to all ethical trade guidelines around the sourcing of raw materials to be used during each and every fit-out project that we complete.
