Commercial was awarded the TalkTalk contract following a competitive tender in January 2014. Since then the team continues to demonstrate that the company made the right decision by delivering, if not exceeding, the promises made from the outset.
Greater control and visibility of expenditure through Commercial’s online procurement system, Sprint, has been the biggest achievement. Now supplying eight regional oﬃces and TalkTalk's HQ in London, Commercial has already achieved the original predicted cost savings. What’s more with regular reviews and on-going consultancy, the company has signiﬁcantly increased its own brand and core usage. Combined, this has led to a 44.3% reduction in overall spend.
